There are around 23,000 empty homes in Wales, and as we have a housing crisis with 12,000 new homes needed each year to meet current demand, empty properties are even more of a wasted resource.
Transforming them into habitable spaces is an innovative way to provide much-needed homes and help homeowners to protect their assets.
United Welsh offers two projects to transform empty properties into liveable homes again; Empty Homes Wales and the Homestep Plus project that is delivered in partnership with Rhondda Cynon Taf Council.
